Currently focused on SelectionMetrics, a high-volume assessment system that processes more than 3,500,000 candidates across over 7,000,000 tests in 70 countries and 25 languages, Kevin helps define product and technology vision, as well as bring selected innovations into operation.

Prior to joining APTmetrics, Kevin helped roll out the first companywide global talent planning and performance management process with The Walt Disney Company.
